Before you leave: dishes in the dishwasher, fridge emptied, lights, heating and air conditioning off, windows closed. Used towels and linen on the bed.
Late check-out? Ask us on WhatsApp: if the apartment is free, it's possible.
You're already connected. If it's slow, switch your phone's Wi-Fi off and on, or move closer to the round white unit on the ceiling. If it still doesn't work, message us.
Each apartment has its own wall thermostat and air conditioning in every room.
Keep windows closed while they're on and switch them off when you go out. Too cold or too warm? Message us: we can check the thermostat remotely.
Dishwasher next to the oven, tablets under the sink: program 1 or 2, with “express” for a quicker wash.
Coffee: Lavazza capsule machine. Water in the tank at the back, capsule under the logo, press the button on top.
Oven: left knob for the cooking mode, right knob for the temperature. Smart TV with Italian channels and Netflix: if you use your own account, remember to log out before you leave.
For anything else, ask the concierge.
Pets welcome: not on sofas or beds, on a lead on the stairs, never left alone in the apartment.
Please separate recycling, keep noise down in the evening and switch things off when you go out. Thank you!
The historic centre is a ZTL (limited traffic zone): don't drive through the gates, cameras issue fines.
No parking on Saturdays from 6 am to 2 pm in Piazza della Rocca: there’s a market and cars are towed away.
Park in Piazza della Rocca, next to the building: blue lines are paid, at the meter or with an app such as EasyPark.
